Partnerships Are What Make Small Businesses Successful!

The word partnership can mean a lot of things to people. It differs professionally than it does personally. A professional partnership is “an arrangement between two or more people to oversee business operations and share its profits and liabilities.” Personally, a partnership can be defined as, “two people listening to each other and working together to achieve a common goal.”

Throughout our almost 35 years (hello 2025!) of providing event transportation management, partnerships and relationships have been two very important components to our lifelong success. We would not be where we are today without the hundreds of suppliers and staff that have been a part of making STS one of the best in the industry. Because of this, these “cold feeling” definitions just don’t seem to quite encapsulate how special our suppliers are to our team.

For our annual company retreat this year, we had many of our transportation partners across the country reach out to say “YES!” they wanted to be a part of making our annual retreat a success. In every major market across the United States, from Seattle, Washington to Orlando, Florida, our sponsors are leaders in their respective markets setting the bar very high for exceptional service and delivery. 

For that, and many other reasons, I want to take this space to send a special shout out to everyone that contributed to the fun and the sun and the learning and laughter.
